This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of principal servant leadership on teacher performance, (2) the influence of teacher work ethic on teacher performance, and (3) the influence of principal servant leadership and teacher work ethic simultaneously on teacher performance in junior high schools throughout Muara District in the 2025/2026 academic year.This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto research design and a survey approach. The research population was all 104 state junior high school teachers in Muara District from four schools. The research sample consisted of 83 people determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate and proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data on principal servant leadership (X₁) and teacher work ethic (X₂) were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, while teacher performance data (Y) were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis techniques used were simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.The results of the study showed that: (1) the principal's servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated t value = 6.940, Sig. = 0.000, and R² = 0.373, meaning it contributed 37.3%; (2) the teacher's work ethic had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated t value = 8.791, Sig. = 0.000, and R² = 0.488, meaning it contributed 48.8%; and (3) the principal's servant leadership and the teacher's work ethic simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount = 54.342, Sig. = 0.000, R = 0.759, and R² = 0.576, meaning the two variables together contributed 57.6% to teacher performance. The resulting multiple regression equation is Y = 17.020 + 0.248X₁ + 0.505X₂.
